Data Steward

We are seeking two detail-oriented and technically proficient Data Stewards to support the integrity, governance, and optimization of data across our Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, including Marketo. Reporting to the Marketing Technology team, these roles will form a dedicated global data function responsible for ensuring high-quality, reliable data that enables effective business development, marketing performance, and client engagement.

These roles will operate as part of a cost-effective, scalable support model, providing extended coverage across time zones while working in close partnership with the Salesforce Administrator and CRM Development Manager. The ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with CRM and marketing data, and a solid understanding of data governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Governance and Quality Management

• Establish and enforce data governance standards, policies, and procedures across Salesforce and Marketo
• Monitor and maintain data quality, including accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness
• Perform routine data audits, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment activities
• Support the definition and execution of data ownership and stewardship models across business teams

CRM and Marketing Data Management

• Manage and maintain data within Salesforce and Marketo, including accounts, contacts, leads, and campaign data
• Ensure accurate data synchronization and integrity between Salesforce, Marketo, and integrated systems
• Support segmentation, targeting, and list management for marketing campaigns and business development initiatives

Data Integration and Process Support

• Partner with the Marketing Technology Team to support data flows, integrations, and system enhancements
• Validate data mappings, transformations, and system workflows
• Identify and resolve data-related issues impacting platform performance and reporting

Reporting and Analytics Support

• Support development of dashboards and reports to monitor data quality and business performance
• Analyze data trends to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure reporting outputs are based on accurate, standardized data

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement improvements to data collection, entry, and maintenance processes
• Support data lifecycle management, including retention, archival, and compliance requirements
• Assist in preparing data for system upgrades and new feature rollouts

Training and Enablement

• Educate users on data standards, governance policies, and best practices
• Develop documentation, guidelines, and training materials to promote data quality and consistency
• Act as a point of contact for data-related questions and issue resolution

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data management, data stewardship, or CRM administration
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and data lifecycle principles
• Experience with data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment tools
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models, reports, and dashboards
• Understanding of integrations and data flows between CRM and marketing platforms
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in global teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, distributed environment
