UiPath Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

- Design end-to-end RPA architecture using UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Studio, and related components.

- Own the client relationship as the front-facing technical representative.

- Guide the development team on solution design and technical approach.

- Review and validate PDDs and SDDs for accuracy and feasibility.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation scale-up.

Required Skills:

- Strong working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Action Center.

- Proven experience across the RPA lifecycle: assessment, design, build, and deployment.

- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently.

- Ability to understand and interpret business requirements without heavy oversight.

- Familiarity with UiPath's broader product suite (Document Understanding, Task Mining, or similar) is an advantage.

Nice to Have:

- UiPath certification (RPA Associate, Advanced, or Solution Architect track).

- Prior experience in a client-facing delivery or consulting role.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong UiPath Solution Architect Profile with client-facing RPA solutioning and hands-on implementation experience.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience 1: Must have 6+ years of total RPA experience, with at least 4 years in hands-on UiPath implementation and solution design.

- Experience 2: Must have proven experience across the full RPA lifecycle assessment, design, build, and deployment.

- Experience 3: Must have experience engaging directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

- Experience 4: Must have experience designing end-to-end RPA architecture using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components.

- Experience 5: Must have experience guiding development teams on solution design and technical approach, and reviewing/validating PDDs and SDDs for accuracy and feasibility.

- Tech skill 1: Must have strong working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Action Center.

- Skill: Must be able to interpret business requirements independently, without heavy oversight, and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation scale-up.

Preferred Requirements:

- Certification: UiPath certification (RPA Associate, Advanced, or Solution Architect track).

- Background: Prior experience in a client-facing delivery or consulting role.
