Brand Executive

Role Summary:

As a Brand Executive, you will play a key role in executing integrated brand and marketing initiatives that strengthen Narayana Health's brand presence across multiple channels. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, creative partners, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication, support campaign execution, and help deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Education

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Mass Media, or a related discipline

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, or campaign management
• Hands-on experience working with advertising, branding, creative, or digital agencies

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand marketing requirements and ensure timely delivery of brand communication initiatives
• Work closely with creative, content, design, media, and production agencies to execute integrated marketing campaign
• Develop and coordinate compelling marketing content and creative assets aligned with the brand identities.
• Maintain and manage brand assets to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using key marketing and brand metrics to measure effectiveness
• Coordinate with Finance and Purchase teams to ensure timely processing of approvals, vendor documentation, and payments
• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, digital platforms, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
