About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys travelling, meeting new people, and working outside the office?

We are looking for energetic and responsible Field Executives (Runners) to support our field operations across Kolkata. This role involves visiting local businesses, assisting them with a simple recording process, and ensuring that all recordings are completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities

As a Runner (Field Executive), your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Visit assigned shops and business locations across Kolkata.
  

• Carry the recording kit provided by the company safely.
  

• Assist shop owners and employees in wearing the recording equipment correctly.
  

• Clearly explain the recording process to business owners and staff.
  

• Ensure recordings are completed as per company guidelines.
  

• Troubleshoot basic issues during the recording process whenever required.
  

• Coordinate with the internal operations team regarding daily assignments.
  

• Submit daily work updates and reports on time.
  

• Maintain professional behaviour while interacting with clients.
  

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
  

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
  

• Must own a Bike or Electric Vehicle (EV).
  

• Must possess a valid Driving Licence.
  

• Comfortable travelling across different locations in Kolkata.
  

• Basic communication skills in Bengali/Hindi (English is an added advantage).
  

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in the field.
