Airysole has developed over 600 sole designs for global brands such as Red Chief, Bata India, Woodland, Hush Puppies, Red Tape, Lee Cooper, and others.

Role Description The BSc role at Airysole is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur, supporting the production and quality processes within the PU sole manufacturing units. The role involves monitoring manufacturing activities, assisting in quality checks, collecting and analyzing production data, and supporting process improvements to maintain product consistency and efficiency. Responsibilities may include coordinating with production teams, preparing reports, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and supporting technology-driven operations on the shop floor. The individual will collaborate with supervisors and engineers to help optimize output and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant BSc degree (e.g., Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, or related field) from an accredited institution.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in footwear, polymers, or related industrial environments.
• Ability to perform data collection, simple analysis, and reporting to support production and quality teams.
• Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional production and quality teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kanpur and be present on the shop floor as required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office or similar tools for documentation and reporting; exposure to basic ERP or production software is an advantage.
• Prior internship or experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome
