Requirements:

• MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Endocrinology (MD/DNB in Endocrinology or equivalent).
  
• Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or relevant regulatory body).
  
• Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in endocrinology or a related specialty.
  
• Strong knowledge of endocrine physiology, pathophysiology, and pharmacotherapy.
  
• Proficiency in managing common endocrine disorders, including Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, thyroid diseases, and metabolic syndrome.
  
• Experience with insulin pump therapy, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and other advanced diabetes management tools.
  
• Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a patient-first approach.
  
• Commitment to ethical medical practice and continuous professional development.
  
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation standards.
