ServiceNow ITAM Architect

Role & responsibilities :

- Design and implement enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITAM solutions across : Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Procurement, and Contract Management.

- Define architecture standards, governance models, and integration strategies for enterprise asset lifecycle management.

- Lead customer workshops, solution demonstrations, architecture reviews, and strategic advisory sessions.

- Collaborate with implementation teams to deliver robust integrations, CMDB alignment, data management, and platform best practices.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor ServiceNow consultants and developers.

- Support presales activities including solution architecture, project scoping, effort estimation, and proposal creation.

- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations following industry best practices.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 7-15 years of overall IT experience with significant expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM).

- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise ServiceNow ITAM solutions.

- Deep understanding of : Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Procurement, Contract Management, and End-to-end Asset Lifecycle Management.

- Hands-on experience with : ServiceNow CMDB, Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), ServiceNow integrations, Import Sets & Transform Maps, and External data source integrations.

- Working knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development principles.

- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
