As a Large Language Model Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building applications that seamlessly integrate with advanced language models and various enterprise systems. The role requires balancing front-end and back-end development tasks, creating robust application programming interfaces, and ensuring smooth deployment through continuous integration and delivery practices. The engineer actively collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance and scalability of artificial intelligence solutions, while continuously refining system architecture to meet evolving business needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-driven applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development workflows and application performance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Experience in developing and integrating APIs using modern frameworks and tools.
• Strong understanding of server-side technologies and front-end development principles.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automation.
• Ability to optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
