Role: Graphic Designer Location: Mumbai (in-office) Working Days: 6 days/week Experience: 2 to 4 years Compensation: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month About the company: Our client is a fertility and reproductive health brand based in Mumbai, built around a simple belief: a category this personal deserves to feel warm and human, not clinical or institutional. Their brand identity is deliberately premium and approachable, designed to make a sensitive subject easier to sit with. They have earned real trust with their audience in a category most brands get wrong, and are now growing fast, which means more touchpoints, more formats, and a growing need for someone to hold the visual identity together across all of them. Why does this role exist? Most healthcare-adjacent design in India defaults to clinical, conservative, and forgettable. This brand has deliberately gone the other way, and that only works if every piece of design (a social post, an ad, a deck) looks and feels like it belongs to the same brand. The foundations already exist: a distinct visual identity, a growing library of brand assets, and multiple channels that need consistent creative. What is needed now is someone with strong core design fundamentals who can apply that identity confidently across formats, not just produce isolated pretty visuals. This is not a role for someone who only wants to design one type of asset. It is for someone who can hold a visual system together across social, advertising, and longer-format brand collateral, and who can explain the reasoning behind their design choices, not just execute a brief. What you will own? Core visual design: Own layout, typography, and composition across all creative; the foundation everything else is built on. Format range: Design across social posts, static ads, decks, brochures, one-pagers, and other brand collateral. Brand consistency: Apply the brand's visual identity consistently across every format, so the brand reads as one coherent system. Motion & video (where applicable): Contribute to reels, short-form video, and basic motion graphics work; a plus, not a baseline requirement. Who you are? 1 - 3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a consumer-facing brand — D2C, F&B, fashion, wellness, or hospitality. A point of view on design, with the ability to explain the reasoning behind a choice, not just the choice itself. Motion graphics or video editing experience is a strong advantage, though not required. Comfortable taking feedback and also pushing back with reasoning when needed, in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
