Senior Modeler – Civil / Structural (Third-Party Payroll)

Position: Senior Modeler – Civil / Structural Experience: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-time (Third-Party Payroll) Work Location: On-site Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil & Structural 3D Modeler with expertise in civil and industrial structure modeling. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in 3D modeling, BIM coordination, quality control, and team leadership. Experience in infrastructure and industrial projects is preferred. Key Responsibilities - Develop detailed 3D models for civil and structural elements using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. - Interpret engineering drawings, design inputs, and specifications to create accurate and constructible models. - Lead and manage the Civil & Structural modeling team, ensuring timely project delivery. - Perform quality control (QC) checks on models and drawings for accuracy and compliance with project standards. - Model topographical surfaces, grading, roads, foundations, and site development components. - Coordinate with Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping teams to resolve clashes and ensure model integration. - Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, Material Take-Offs (MTOs), and project deliverables. - Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and prepare clash reports. - Convert IFC and STEP models into Navisworks (NWD) format. - Maintain BIM standards, modeling procedures, and project documentation. - Mentor junior modelers and support BIM coordination activities. Required Qualifications - Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related discipline. Experience - 5–8 years of relevant experience in Civil/Structural 3D Modeling. - Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading or mentoring a modeling team. - Experience in industrial plants, infrastructure, EPC, or engineering consultancy projects is preferred.
