Job Description

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, POS terminals, and market research tools.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to visualize key performance metrics.
  
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer segmentation, purchase behavior, and product performance to inform merchandising and marketing strategies.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to provide data-backed recommendations for campaign optimization and inventory planning.
  
• Monitor KPIs related to sales, conversion rates, customer retention, and campaign ROI, delivering regular reports and insights.
  
• Identify trends and anomalies in data to support proactive decision-making and risk mitigation.
  
• Automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Stay updated on emerging data analytics trends and tools relevant to the fashion and retail industry.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the fashion, retail, or e-commerce sector.
  
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  
• Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics platforms.
  
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing principles.
