Job Description

Summary:

The SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time Management role is a senior-level position responsible for leading end-to-end implementations and ongoing support of Employee Central (EC) and Time Management modules across a PAN-India footprint. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless HR system operations by driving configuration, integration, compliance, and change management across global and local environments. The incumbent will be instrumental in delivering scalable, secure, and compliant HR solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices, while supporting global rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementations and Application Management Services (AMS) support for Employee Central and Time Management modules.
  
• Configure foundational MDF objects, EC data structures (e.g., Job Info, Org Data), and Time Management components including work schedules, time types, time accounts, time off, and holiday calendars.
  
• Implement and manage Employee Time Sheet (ETS) and Time Tracking solutions.
  
• Design and govern Role-Based Permissions (RBP), including roles, permission groups, and data access controls.
  
• Support secure authentication mechanisms such as SSO, IAS/IPS, identity provisioning, and access setup.
  
• Conduct workshops for requirement analysis, solution design, and stakeholder alignment using proven best practices.
  
• Drive defect resolution, testing, and go-live activities within SITUAT environments.
  
• Ensure adherence to global HR policies and local statutory compliance requirements.
  
• Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA ECC, third-party systems, CPI Integration Center, OData APIs, and other enterprise platforms.
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and support quarterly release cycles and system upgrades.
  

Requirements

• 10-15 years of total experience, with a minimum of 7+ years in SAP SuccessFactors EC and Time Management implementations.
  
• Proven experience in 2–3 full-cycle EC implementations with strong exposure to Time Management and Time Tracking.
  
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) core functionality
    
  • Time Management, including Time Off, Time Tracking, and Time Valuation
    
  • RBP configuration and governance
    
  • Authentication, security, SSO, IAS/IPS, and user provisioning
    
  • Integration using CPI, OData APIs, and Integration Center
    
• Exposure to payroll integration (ECP) and third-party systems is preferred.
  
• Experience in global rollouts and AMS environments.
  
• SAP Certified SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is mandatory.
  
• Certification in Time Management and Time Tracking is a strong advantage.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience in global delivery models.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
