About the role We are seeking a Customer Success Manager / Publisher Account Manager with experience in supply-side AdTech and programmatic advertising. You will manage day-to-day client and publisher relationships while coordinating operational tasks across campaign delivery, reporting, troubleshooting, onboarding, and account growth. The ideal candidate understands the programmatic ecosystem and can confidently work across multiple accounts, platforms, and internal teams. Key responsibilities Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, publishers, and partner accounts. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular calls, emails, account reviews, and proactive support. Manage account onboarding, documentation, reporting, issue resolution, and ongoing account health. Coordinate with Ad Operations, Yield, Sales to ensure timely and accurate execution. Support operational workflows, including campaign delivery, ad setup, troubleshooting, pacing, reporting, and optimization coordination. Manage multiple accounts and priorities while maintaining a high level of client responsiveness. Translate client requirements into clear internal action items and follow through until resolution. Identify opportunities to improve account performance, client retention, and overall satisfaction. Required qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Ad Operations, Client Services, or Publisher Development within AdTech, digital advertising, or media. Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including SSPs, DSPs, RTB, OpenRTB, ad serving, targeting, and reporting. Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, Aniview, PubMatic, and/or other SSPs, ad servers, or programmatic platforms. Experience handling client or publisher accounts regularly and managing multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with ad trafficking, tags or pixels, troubleshooting, campaign delivery, and reporting workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred qualifications Experience in a supply-side platform, publisher monetization company, ad network, or programmatic advertising environment. Familiarity with header bidding, Prebid, yield optimization, programmatic monetization, viewability, and brand safety. Experience working with multiple publisher or client accounts simultaneously.
