Job descriptionJob Title: Senior PR & Strategic Partnerships Manager Location: Mohali (On-site) Company: Elahi Music Salary Range : ₹50,000- ₹60,000 About the Role We're looking for a highly connected PR leader with an established network across the Indian entertainment industry to lead PR, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and brand positioning for Elahi Music and its original IPs. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute end-to-end PR strategies for Elahi Music, artist campaigns, and large-scale IPs. * Leverage an existing network to build strong relationships with artists, artist managers, music labels, celebrities, OTT platforms, media houses, brands, influencers, and entertainment stakeholders across India. * Secure sponsorships and strategic brand partnerships by identifying, pitching, negotiating, and onboarding partners. * Lead media outreach across digital, print, television, radio, and entertainment publications to maximize brand visibility. * Drive press releases, interviews, media conferences, exclusive features, and high-impact PR campaigns. * Strategize and execute launch plans for music releases, events, and original entertainment IPs from concept to execution. * Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and production teams to deliver integrated PR and communication campaigns. * Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution avenues that strengthen Elahi Music's industry presence. Requirements * 5–8 years of experience in PR, entertainment marketing, brand partnerships, or media relations. * Established network with artists, artist managers, music labels, celebrities, OTT platforms, digital platforms, media houses, journalists, and brand decision-makers across India. * Proven track record of securing sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and national media coverage. * Experience in launching entertainment properties, events, music campaigns, or large-scale IPs. * Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills. * Ability to independently lead high-impact campaigns and represent Elahi Music at an industry level.
