Role Overview

\n

We are looking for an experienced and passionate faculty member to teach Front Office Operations and Food & Beverage Service to our hospitality management students. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry exposure combined with a genuine interest in mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Deliver theoretical and practical training in Front Office Operations (reservations, guest relations, check-in/check-out procedures, night audit, PMS systems) and Food & Beverage Service (table service, bar operations, banquet service, beverage knowledge, guest interaction)
\n
• Plan and conduct engaging classroom sessions, lab/practical demonstrations, and skill-based workshops
\n
• Design and evaluate assignments, projects, and examinations
\n
• Guide students on industry certifications, internships, and placements
\n
• Stay updated with evolving industry trends, technology, and service standards, and integrate them into the curriculum
\n
• Mentor students on grooming, soft skills, and professional etiquette relevant to guest-facing roles
\n
• Coordinate with industry partners for guest lectures, site visits, and internship tie-ups
\n
• Maintain lab/practical area standards and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality.
\n
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant industry experience in Front Office and/or F&B Service (hotel or teaching experience preferred)
\n
• Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantage
\n
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
\n
• Passion for mentoring and developing young talent
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with PMS/POS systems preferred
