As a Senior Inside Sales Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating and qualifying high-value sales opportunities across international markets. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers, identifying customer needs, and positioning Alphavima's Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform, and Digital Transformation services.Working closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams, you will build a strong sales pipeline, schedule qualified meetings, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic lead generation and opportunity development. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels. Identify and engage decision-makers in enterprise and mid-market organizations. Research target accounts and identify new business opportunities. Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT). Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development team. Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM. Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute outbound campaigns. Achieve monthly lead generation, outreach, and meeting booking targets. Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform, AI, and Digital Transformation offerings. Experience & Skills 5-8 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, IT Services Sales, or SaaS Sales. Experience in outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, SaaS, Cloud, or Microsoft technologies is preferred. Experience targeting international markets (India, North America, UK, Europe, or Middle East) Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Strong research, prospecting, and lead qualification skills.
