About the Role
We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to support a US Healthcare client. This role involves handling patient or provider interactions through voice and/or non-voice channels while strictly following US healthcare compliance and privacy standards.
Work Schedule
Must be willing to work between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST
Night shift aligned with US business hours
Payout
Voice Process: Rs 160 per hour

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in US Healthcare customer support
Understanding of US healthcare terminology (insurance, claims, copay, deductible, etc.)
Dual monitor setup (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience in healthcare voice or non-voice BPO processes
Important Notes
This is a remote work-from-home opportunity
Strict adherence to data security and confidentiality policies is required
Performance and compliance are closely monitored
