We are looking for passionate and result-oriented professionals to join our growing admissions team. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (Academic Advisor) who can counsel prospective students, convert leads into enrollments, and build strong relationships with aspiring learners. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path. Key Responsibilities Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls. Counsel students on certification programs and career opportunities. Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, and placement support. Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions. Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and campus visits. Maintain and update lead information in the CRM. Perform cold calling and lead generation activities to drive admissions. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for demo sessions. Build long-term relationships with prospective students and parents. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the admission process. Eligibility Bachelor's degree in any discipline . 1–2 years of experience in business development, telecalling, inside sales, academic counselling, customer support, or any customer-facing sales role. Experience in cold calling, lead calling, telesales, or telemarketing will be an added advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil. Strong counselling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused.
