Skill : Life Sciences : Computer System Validation Experience : 8-10 Key Responsibilities Configure, manage, and support Beamex CMX Calibration Management System Oversee calibration processes, including scheduling, execution, and documentation Maintain and manage instrument and asset master data Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, ISO 17025, 21 CFR Part 11, etc.) Integrate CMX with enterprise systems such as SAP PM/MM or other asset management systems Perform system validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and maintain validation documentation Troubleshoot issues related to calibration workflows and system functionality Support calibration data collection, reporting, and analytics Generate reports and dashboards for calibration compliance and performance tracking Collaborate with QA, engineering, and maintenance teams for process optimization Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and user manuals Conduct training sessions and provide user support Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Beamex CMX software Good understanding of calibration processes and instrumentation Experience in asset management and maintenance workflows Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (GMP, ISO, 21 CFR Part 11) Experience with data management and reporting Strong analytical and troubleshooting skill |
