Role Descriptions: Implement| configure| and support Sensitech supply chain monitoring and visibility solutions.Monitor and analyze shipment data| temperature excursions| and logistics performance metrics.Manage cold chain and transportation monitoring processes to ensure compliance and product quality.Collaborate with logistics| warehouse| quality| and supply chain teams to optimize operations.Investigate shipment deviations and perform root cause analysis for logistics-related issues.Configure alerts| dashboards| and reporting mechanisms within Sensitech platforms.Support integration of Sensitech solutions with ERP| Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)| and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards for transportation and storage.Analyze supply chain performance data and recommend process improvements.Prepare operational reports and present insights to stakeholders.Support system upgrades| enhancements| testing| and validation activities.Train business users on Sensitech applications and best practiceStrong experience in SCM / Packaging domainHands-on expertise with labeling tools (BarTender| NiceLabel| Loftware| or similar)Experience working with SAP Logistics modules (MM| SD| WM/EWM)Knowledge of label printing processes| barcode standards| and packaging workflowsUnderstanding of supply chain operations and inventory managementStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExperience in system integrations between SAP and labeling toolsExperience in global supply chain environments.Knowledge of supply chain planning tools such as SAP APO| IBP|GISC | Blue Yonder| or OMP.Understanding of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.Exposure to digital transformation and supply chain automation initiatives.Certification in Supply Chain Management (APICS/CSCP| CPIM| or equivalent) is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel| Power BI| or other reporting tools.Experience in data analysis and performance reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
