Position: Dental Call Center Specialist

Location: Remote

Schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Full-Time)

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Dental Call Center Specialist to support multiple dental clinics during evening and overnight hours. This is a remote position ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys helping patients and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound patient calls professionally and courteously.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and office policies.
• Verify patient information and update patient records accurately.
• Route urgent calls to the appropriate office or provider.
• Follow call scripts and maintain exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous dental office or dental call center experience preferred.
• Fluent in English is required; bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and dental scheduling software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong computer and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
