🚨 Hiring: Clinical Quality Manager


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Teleradiology/dAIx QA team as a Clinical Quality Manager


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily QA operations and guide the QA team

• Oversee radiology quality workflows, discrepancy tracking, and report reviews

• Coordinate AI-assisted radiology QA activities and project follow-ups

• Ensure timely closure of QA tasks, escalations, and documentation

• Collaborate with radiologists, operations, and technical teams

• Support training, workflow improvements, and process compliance


Required Skills:

  • 5 plus years of Experience in Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA), Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting QA metrics, KPIs, and healthcare data.
  • Analyze QA metrics, discrepancy trends, TAT performance, and operational KPIs
  • Generate dashboards, reports, and quality insights for management review
  • Prior experience in teleradiology, radiology operations , PACS/RIS.
  • Team management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up abilities
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare compliance
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted radiology workflows is an added advantage


Preferred Profile:

  • Experience in Healthcare QA with strong analytics exposure
  • Exposure to AI-assisted healthcare workflows is an added advantage
  • PMP / PgMP / Agile certification preferred
