Job Opening — Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller

Department: RCM Experience: Fresher / 2–3 Years Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Night) Location: Malad W, Mindspace
Education: Graduate B. Com, BBA, BA, BMS

Roles & Responsibilities

• Call US insurance companies to check claim status and payment details.
  

• Follow up on unpaid, denied, or partially paid claims.
  

• Analyze denials and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
  

• Document call outcomes and update patient accounts in the billing system.
  

• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required.
  

• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
  

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  

• Basic computer proficiency — MS Office, typing speed
  

• Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.
  

• Ability to handle feedback constructively and continuously improve performance
