- Product Modernization : Design and implement multi-tenant platforms with a unified control plane and marketplace integration.

- Define and own the SaaS reference architecture and migration roadmap across product lines.
- Lead the design and adoption of cloud-native, multi-tenant architectures with strong focus on security, compliance, observability, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with product management, finance, and GTM teams to align business models, SaaS pricing, and customer migration strategies.
- Work closely with hyperscaler teams for marketplace integration, co-sell motions, and leveraging SaaS accelerators.
- Infuse AI and automation into product roadmaps and operational workflows to enhance customer value and business efficiency.
- Establish governance and best practices for SaaS operations DevSecOps, CI / CD, monitoring, and FinOps.
- Mentor and enable engineering teams to adopt SaaS-first principles and build future-ready skills.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors degree (B.Tech. / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) is required.8- 12 years of experience in software architecture, cloud solutions, and SaaS transformations.Proven experience in :1. Cloud-native architectures (containers, Kubernetes, microservices, APIs).
2. Multi-tenancy and control-plane architectures.
3. Cloud economics & FinOps (cost optimization, operational efficiency).
4. Marketplace integrations (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, GCP Marketplace).
Understanding of SaaS business models : pricing, GTM, customer success, ARR / MRR.Exposure to AI / ML and cloud AI services (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI / ML, GCP Vertex AI, OpenAI integrations) with a broad understanding of applying AI to SaaS products and operations.Experience collaborating with hyperscalers for joint GTM and solution accelerators.Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills & Competencies :
