Position Overview

This role is for someone who will execute leadership and niche hiring mandates. You will work closely with senior leaders to help identify, engage and support hiring for critical leadership, academic, product and growth roles that directly impact the experience

Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership and niche hiring across academic, product, tech, growth and business teams
• Research and identify high-quality talent through LinkedIn, social media and other platforms
• Build talent supply chain based on the talent need forecast
• Conduct first-level screening and coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Support employer branding and hiring communication initiatives
• Analyse data, identify insights, and present clear recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Background

• 0 to 1 years of experience with Post Graduation in HR, Psychology, Business, Management or related fields. Fresh MBAs are welcome to apply if interested in pursuing the career in talent acquisition
• Good communication, research and organisational skills
