Marketing and Community Manager

Role Description The Marketing and Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote SpringUP Leadership's programs and brand, including digital, social media, and local outreach initiatives. The person in this role will manage community engagement activities, build relationships with parents, schools, and partners, and coordinate events, workshops, and information sessions. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing content, tracking campaign performance, responding to community inquiries, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across channels. The role also involves collaborating with program leaders to understand offerings, gather feedback, and support enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Manage SpringUP's digital presence by creating and publishing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including content calendars, newsletters, blogs, promotional materials, and Meta/Facebook advertising.
• Handle parent enquiries and admissions support, responding to leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media while guiding families through the enrolment process.
• Build and nurture relationships with parents and families through timely communication, follow-ups, community updates, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate workshops, orientations, camps, and events, managing registrations, participant communication, and operational logistics.
• Capture and manage program content, including photographs, videos, testimonials, feedback, and success stories for marketing and documentation purposes.
• Maintain and update enquiry, admissions, and marketing databases, ensuring accurate records and effective lead tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, tracking enquiries, registrations, marketing effectiveness, and community engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams, designers, vendors, and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication and successful execution of programs and marketing activities.
