General Manager – Marketing & Growth

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR

About the Role

We are hiring a General Manager – Marketing & Growth to lead the overall marketing, brand, and growth strategy for a leading food and consumer brand. The role will focus on strengthening the brand, driving consumer acquisition and retention, accelerating revenue growth, and executing impactful marketing initiatives across retail, QSR, digital, and emerging business channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall brand and marketing strategy.
• Build a strong and consistent brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and CRM initiatives.
• Lead digital and performance marketing across search, social, content, and paid channels.
• Optimize marketing ROI through data-driven decision-making and analytics.
• Plan and execute outlet launch campaigns and local store marketing initiatives.
• Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional calendars.
• Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, media, and other external stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team while managing external agencies.

Ideal Candidate

• MBA from a reputed institute is preferred.
• 15–18 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, and Growth.
• Experience in QSR, FMCG, Retail, Food & Beverage, Consumer Brands, or D2C businesses.
• Strong understanding of brand marketing, digital marketing, CRM, consumer analytics, and performance marketing.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and commercial acumen.
