**Role Description**\n

Are you a master of numbers and regulations? Do you enjoy helping clients navigate the complexities of Indian tax and finance? Our Technical and Assurance team is looking for a driven professional to join us. \n
\n Join our dynamic Technical and Assurance team in Ahmedabad. As an Associate, you will be a key player in delivering comprehensive accounting, assurance, and taxation solutions. You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring meticulous compliance, providing strategic tax advice, and supporting financial integrity through audit and assurance activities. \n

**Key Responsibilities**: \n

Accounting & Assurance: \n
\n * Manage the finalization of accounts for various clients, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards. \n
\n * Assist in the planning and execution of Statutory, Tax, and Internal Audits. \n
\n * Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records. \n

Taxation (Direct & Indirect): \n
\n * Handle end-to-end tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, TDS/TCS statements, and GST returns. \n
\n * Conduct in-depth tax research and stay updated with amendments in tax legislation and judicial precedents. \n
\n * Advise clients on tax planning strategies to optimize their financial position. \n

Litigation & Representation: \n
\n * Assist senior team members in preparing submissions and collating documentation for tax assessments and appellate proceedings before tax authorities. \n

Required Qualifications & Skills: \n
\n * Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA-Inter. \n
\n * ( **Position open for Articled Assistants also** )\n
\n * 1-3 years of relevant experience in a CA firm is highly preferred. \n
\n * Strong foundational knowledge of Accounting Standards, Direct Tax (Income Tax Act), and Indirect Tax (GST). \n
\n * Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office Suite, and various tax computation/filing software. \n
\n * Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail. \n
\n * Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n
