Role Description The Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle for residential properties, including prospecting leads, conducting property visits, and presenting suitable options to potential buyers. The specialist will handle client consultations, explain market trends, prepare and review documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining updated listings, responding to inquiries, following up with prospects, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through closing. The role also requires accurate record-keeping, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and active participation in local market networking and promotional activities. Qualifications Candidates should possess 0 to 2 years of Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate experience. Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate market understanding and property evaluation. Candidates should possess proficiency in Contract Negotiation and transaction coordination. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and client relationship management skills. Relevant experience in the Bengaluru residential real estate market is highly beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and explain property details clearly. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation. Basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems; familiarity with local real estate regulations is a plus. Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
