Position Details ● Role: Learning & Development Trainer ● Location: Bengaluru (Bannerghatta) ● Work Mode: On-site ● Function: Learning & Development ● Training Domains: Behavioural Skills, Sales, and Leadership ● Joining Preference: Immediate joiners preferred Role Overview The company is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Trainer who can effectively design, develop, and deliver training programs across behavioural skills, sales effectiveness, leadership development, operations, and academic training. The ideal candidate should have experience handling multiple training batches, creating impactful learning interventions, and improving employee performance through engaging and learner-centric training methods. Key Responsibilities ● Conduct behavioural, sales, leadership, operations, and academic training programs for employees across different levels. ● Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions. ● Design and develop training materials such as facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, assessments, role plays, and micro-learning modules. ● Work closely with Sales, Operations, Academic, and HR teams to identify training needs and capability gaps. ● Create and manage training calendars and ensure timely execution of learning initiatives. ● Measure training effectiveness through feedback analysis, assessments, performance tracking, and Kirkpatrick evaluation methods. ● Maintain training records, attendance data, learning dashboards, and performance reports. ● Collaborate with stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives such as productivity, quality, retention, and conversion. ● Utilize MS Office, LMS platforms, Teams/Zoom, and other digital learning tools for training delivery and reporting. Required Skills ● Training Delivery and Facilitation ● Communication and Presentation Skills ● Content Development ● Classroom Management ● Stakeholder Management ● Performance Tracking and Reporting ● Soft Skills Training ● MS Office Proficiency ● Digital Learning Platforms ● Virtual Training Tools Preferred Candidate Profile ● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field is preferred. ● Expertise in at least one area such as Behavioural Skills, Sales Training, Leadership Development, Operations, or Academic Training. ● Proven experience conducting 50+ training sessions or batches with high learner engagement. ● Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. ● Comfortable using MS Office, LMS platforms, Teams/Zoom, and other digital learning tools. ● Certifications such as TTT (Train the Trainer), DDI, or equivalent will be an added advantage. ● Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management abilities.
