Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinating engineering, procurement, expediting, inspection, and logistics activities to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project plans, defining milestones, tracking progress, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Project Manager will prepare status reports, conduct review meetings, resolve operational issues, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The role also involves optimizing workflows, supporting resource planning, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and risk management.

• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor order status, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

• Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to coordinate quality checks, verify compliance with specifications, and manage inspection documentation.

• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee transportation, dispatch, tracking, and on-time receipt of project materials.

• Knowledge of engineering or industrial project environments, with the ability to interpret technical requirements and work with cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and resolve issues constructively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools; familiarity with ERP or project tracking systems is an advantage.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, with attention to detail and a focus on outcomes.
