Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Ensure the restaurant/bar area are H&S compliant for each shift.
• Run the daily briefing for the restaurant & bar team.
• Coordinate and run the reservations system.
• Draft floor plan based on covers.
• Support with F&B stock; ordering and stock counts.
• Support with training for the F&B team.
• Labour scheduling.
• Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues as per hotel SOP’s.
• Responsible for the service on the floor and bar.
• Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the restaurant.
• Work with the culinary team on menus, service and product availability.
