Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
• Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and sales leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and strategies.
