Fixed Asset Accountant / Finance Executive

Location: Edappally, Kerala

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 2–4 Years in Finance Executive – Fixed Assets

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accountant / Finance Executive to manage fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel, along with a strong understanding of fixed asset accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Fixed Asset Register and oversee the complete asset lifecycle.
  
• Perform asset capitalization, transfers, retirements, and disposals.
  
• Prepare fixed asset schedules and support month-end closing activities.
  
• Conduct fixed asset reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Coordinate physical verification of assets across branches.
  
• Review and reconcile branch audit observations.
  
• Prepare fixed asset reports and support management reporting.
  
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts, and branch teams to ensure data accuracy.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and company procedures.
