Senior Executive – Export Documentation

This is a leading global logistics and project cargo company specializing in Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, Customs Clearance, Project Logistics, ODC/OOG cargo, Vessel Chartering, and End-to-End Supply Chain Solutions. With a strong global presence across 84+ countries and 275+ ports, the company is known for its innovative logistics solutions, customer-centric approach, and expertise in handling complex cargo movements.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Purpose of the role

Avoiding delays and cost implications for both Sarjak and Customer by ensuring timely and accurate Export documentation to enhance customer satisfaction, business growth and Brand image of the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Should have sound working knowledge from Carrier /NVOCC / Freight Forwarding.

• Familiar with preparation of Manifestation

• Familiar with processing Shipping Instruction

• Familiar with requirement of documents

• Familiar with processing Final Bill of Lading

• Familiar with all requirements for handling ICD shipments
