Job Description – Project Manager (8-10 years) Location : Noida HCL SX Project Manager is responsible for driving successful delivery of ITSM and related projects customer aimed at onboarding, process setup, and the establishment of ebondings and integrations within the HCL SX platform. This role involves gathering of requirements and deliver the agreed solution. Key Responsibilities: ● Understand Customer’s IT Transformation program objective, including Target Operating Model and work with suppliers to align their readiness plans with overall plan, and agreement on interdependencies. ● Identify contractual Gaps on end-to-end plans, timelines, identify risks, issues and communicate, escalate to required stakeholders. ● Drive Project governance including customer & supplier. ● Lead Project communication including customer & supplier. ● Co-ordinate the delivery of the ITSM Project, to ensure the team work together collaboratively and effectively to deliver all their objectives whilst meeting and exceeding timescale, quality and budgetary targets. ● Key activities will include risk, issue and interdependency management, co-ordinated progress reporting, budgetary, quality and assurance management. ● Orchestrate the day-to-day activities of the project teams and support them in the drive towards the achievement of their objectives. ● Coordinate across project teams for preparation of management reports. ● Financial tracking and preparing forecasting reports along with regular management reports. Skills & Qualifications: ● Should be 8+yrs (Project Manager) of IT experience with 4 to 6 + in Project Management with experience of 2 – 4 large ITSM implementations. ● Experience delivering projects using agile, waterfall methodologies. ● Require very strong interpersonal, organizational, programme management and change management skills. ● Must have handled Integrations in previous projects (e-bonding, LDAP, AD, Discovery Tools, etc) Role: ● Very strong Influential relationship management skills with stakeholders, senior management, colleagues and external service providers. ● Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization. Strong oral and written communication skills ● Proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization, but specifically at senior management level. ● Demonstrate a very high level of political and business awareness, acutely aware of organizational sensitivities. ● Ambitious, has pride in his/her work & attention to detail. ● Experience of working in a dynamic environment, balancing challenging workloads and deadlines with attention to deliveries. ● Demonstrates a positive attitude/energy. ● Takes ownership, follows through, and delivers on commitments. ● Strong documentation skills including business case presentations and excel skills ● Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in service management is a plus.
