Job Description :

Seeking for Entuity Network Monitoring Engineer looking to work on large-scale enterprise and hybrid network environments. You will join a infrastructure team where you'll manage cutting-edge network monitoring platforms, automate operations, and support mission-critical enterprise networks.

Role Details :

Role : Entuity Network Monitoring Engineer

5-10 Y | Contract 6M

Location : Bangalore | Hyderabad | Chennai | Gurgaon | Hybrid

Contract Role : Salary Per Month (Best in Market)

Key Responsibilities :

- Deploy, configure, and administer Entuity Network Analytics across enterprise environments.

- Configure device discovery, polling, thresholds, dashboards, alerts, and reporting.

- Monitor enterprise network infrastructure including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Controllers, and Load Balancers.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for network availability and performance issues.

- Integrate Entuity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Remedy.

- Build API-driven monitoring and automation using REST APIs, JSON, and Python.

- Monitor and support SD-WAN environments and enterprise network infrastructure.

- Work closely with Network Engineering, NOC, Infrastructure, and Automation teams to improve monitoring effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Network Monitoring / NOC / Network Operations.

- Hands-on expertise with Entuity Network Analytics (Mandatory).

- Strong Networking fundamentals :

1. TCP/IP

2. SNMP

3. ICMP

4. VLANs

5. Routing & Switching

- Experience with routing protocols :

1. BGP

2. OSPF

3. EIGRP

- Experience supporting multi-vendor environments including :

1. Cisco

2. Juniper

3. Aruba

4. Palo Alto

5. F5

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods.

- Python scripting experience.

- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.

- Familiarity with ITIL process.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP networking.

- Exposure to Ansible or Terraform.

- Experience with monitoring tools such as :

1. SolarWinds

2. Netcool

3. Dynatrace

4. ThousandEyes

- Certifications :

1. ITIL

2. Cisco SD-WAN

3. Meraki
