Job Description
Own end-to-end performance across all paid media channels, including Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
Design, execute, and optimize high-ROI campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention
Build and scale an in-house media engine to reduce agency dependency and improve campaign agility
Analyze campaign performance using advanced attribution models and data insights to refine strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally to align media strategy with broader business goals and product launches
Continuously test, iterate, and scale creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns with a focus on ROAS and customer acquisition
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights
- Experience building and scaling in-house media teams or systems
- Proficiency in A/B testing, attribution modeling, and campaign optimization
- Ability to communicate results and strategy clearly to stakeholders at all levels
