Reservation Manager The Hoxton Bengaluru City

What youll do

• Leads the Reservations function drives commercial performance and manages the team
• Strategic operational commercial and people management responsibilities.
• Makes operational decisions resolves complex issues and improves processes.
• Maximise revenue and identify sales opportunities.
• Owns reservation performance inventory optimization forecasting and revenue contribution
• Partners with Revenue Sales Marketing Finance and Hotel Leadership
• Leads coaches schedules and develops the Reservations team.
• Work closely with the revenue and sales team to ensure rooming lists are correctly entered and revenue objectives are met.

• You are methodical and have a process-driven approach to tasks but are also flexible and calm especially in times of tight deadlines.
