Job post summary Job description: About the job JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Sales Consultant — Wedding & Event Décor Experience: 4–9 Years Type: Full-time Reports To: Head of Sales / Creative Director Tags: Interior Design Background | Visual Merchandising | Luxury Segment ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Senior Sales Consultant to lead décor sales for premium weddings and high-end events. The ideal candidate brings a background in interior design or visual styling — someone who translates a client's vision into a compelling aesthetic proposal and closes deals with confidence and elegance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead end-to-end sales for décor packages — inquiry to signed contract - Consult clients on theme, budget & aesthetics; present mood boards - Develop bespoke proposals: floral, lighting, linen & installations - Manage high-value accounts and drive referral-based business - Coordinate with design & ops teams on execution feasibility - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets - Mentor junior sales executives and review client proposals - Stay current on wedding trends and luxury event styling SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - 5+ years in décor, event, or luxury retail sales - Degree or portfolio in interior / spatial design - Strong aesthetic sensibility across diverse styles - Proficiency in mood board tools (Canva, Adobe) - Excellent client-facing presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects GOOD TO HAVE - Network of wedding planners & venues - Experience in event planning or hospitality - Knowledge of fabrication & vendor sourcing
