Finance Manager

Job Description
JewelsHire , a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Greater Kailash, Delhi. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Finance to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, billing, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
  
• Oversee billing, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  
• Ensure accurate accounting records and timely financial reporting.
  
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  
• Manage import and export financial transactions and documentation.
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
  
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
  
• Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
  
• Work efficiently with financial/accounting software.
  
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  
• Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve financial processes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com). M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
  
• Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply.
  
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting is mandatory.

• Proficiency in financial/accounting software.
