Job Title: Coupa S2P Integration & Functional Lead

Role Summary

The Coupa S2P Integration & Functional Lead will provide handson functional and technical leadership across the Coupa SourcetoPay (S2P) platform. This role is responsible for configuring endtoend S2P processes leading integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems and ensuring stable highadoption Coupa solutions across client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide handson functional and technical expertise across the Coupa S2P platform including core modules and configurations.
• Lead and support Coupa integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
• Configure and optimize endtoend SourcetoPay processes including requisitioning buying invoicing and payments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration data and process issues across Coupa and ERP landscapes to ensure solution stability and performance.
• Support solution enhancements system testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment activities across multiple environments.
• Drive user adoption by supporting training issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Procurement Finance IT and implementation partners to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into system design.

• Stable and scalable Coupa integrations with ERP and enterprise systems
• Effective configuration of endtoend S2P processes
• Reduced integration and data issues post golive
• Strong user adoption and stakeholder satisfaction
