Require an Associate Product Manager in Delhi

Job Description

• Collaborate with product leads and stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
  
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform product strategy.
  
• Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
  
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features.
  
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including PRDs, user flows, and wireframes.
  
• Track key product metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and guide iterative improvements.
  
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of agile development processes.
  
• Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  
• Identify and escalate risks or blockers to ensure smooth product delivery.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  
• 2–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role within the technology industry.
  
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
  
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project and product management platforms.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and metrics tracking.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Familiarity with UX principles and user-centered design practices.
  
• Experience with API documentation, technical specifications, or working with software development teams is a plus.
