End User Computing Engineer - Active Directory

About the Role :

We are hiring experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineers for a Face-to-Face Walk-In Drive in Chennai. If you have hands-on experience supporting end-user environments, Microsoft 365, and MS Teams, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic IT support team delivering enterprise-grade workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and workplace technologies.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications and Windows environments.

- Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.

- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams, including Teams Voice (where applicable).

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Handle user incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA timelines.

- Coordinate with infrastructure and application support teams to resolve complex issues.

- Maintain documentation, asset records, and support procedures.

- Deliver excellent customer support while ensuring high user satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- 68 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) or Desktop Support.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) administration and support.

- Good understanding of Microsoft Teams, including Teams Voice (preferred).

- Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and peripherals.

- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.

- Knowledge of Intune, SCCM, or endpoint management tools.

- ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.

- Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
