We're Hiring: Accounts Executive – Agriculture & Allied Businesses Company: Shiv Shakti Renewal Energy and Agri Tech Solutions LLP Qualification: B.Com Graduate Experience Required: 2+ years of experience working with a Chartered Accountant or CA firm Shiv Shakti Renewal Energy and Agri Tech Solutions LLP is a growing agricultural enterprise currently managing approximately 30 acres of cucumber farming under protected cultivation. Along with agriculture, our business activities extend across multiple sectors, including solar energy, fisheries and goat farming. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executivewho can manage the accounting and compliance requirements of our farms and associated businesses. This is not a routine accounting desk job. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to accounts, billing, taxation, compliance and financial reporting across a diverse range of businesses. Key responsibilities will include: • Maintaining books of accounts for farms and associated businesses • Recording purchase, sales, expense, payment and receipt entries • Preparing invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documentation • Managing bank entries, reconciliations and cash records • Coordinating with Chartered Accountants for finalisation of accounts • Assisting in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements • Maintaining vendor, customer and client account records • Preparing receivable and payable statements • Supporting documentation required for audits, banking and taxation • Maintaining proper records of farm expenses, labour costs and agricultural inputs • Preparing crop-wise accounts for cucumber and other crops managed for clients • Helping calculate crop production costs, revenue, profitability and client-wise accounts • Preparing periodic MIS reports for management review • Coordinating with farm managers and operational teams for collection of bills and expense records • Ensuring that accounting documents and compliance records are complete and properly organisedEligibility and Qualifications Applicants must have: • A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree • At least 2 years of practical experience working with a Chartered Accountant or CA firm • Good understanding of basic accounting principles • Practical knowledge of bookkeeping, billing and bank reconciliation • Familiarity with GST, TDS and general compliance documentation • Working knowledge of Tally, accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Ability to maintain accurate and well-organised financial records • Good coordination and communication skills • Willingness to learn accounting practices relating to agriculture and diverse businesses • A responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented approach to work We are looking for someone who is curious, dependable and interested in building a career beyond conventional accounting.
