Roles & Responsibilities :
- Acquire new high-net-worth (HNI) and affluent customers for the bank.
- Generate leads through direct sourcing, references, cold calls, and market networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with premier clients to ensure portfolio growth.
- Cross-sell banking products such as CASA, term deposits, insurance, mutual funds, and loans.
- Ensure onboarding of customers with complete documentation and KYC compliance.
- Meet monthly acquisition targets and revenue objectives.
- Work closely with branch teams, product teams, and operations for smooth account activation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client experience and loyalty.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and provide insights for business growth.
