Social Media Executive

Love the world of luxury hotels, social media, and creative marketing Social Hippi (www.socialhippi.com) is a fast-growing creative agency helping independent luxury hotels and top-tier F&B brands level up their digital game. We're on the lookout for a *Head Of Social* who's got the hustle, the ideas, and the creative smarts to bring those ideas to life. This is a leadership role, that will report directly to the founder. At the heart of this role is one goal: to help our clients grow beautifully online.

Location: Bangalore

Schedule: Monday - Saturday

We are on the hunt for a full-time Head of Social Media to lead and manage our social media and content team. This isn't your typical social media gig; it's a generalist role where you'll get to dip your toes into multiple businesses, wear multiple hats, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the entire social media team to ensure all promised deliverables to clients are met within promised timelines
• Review and approve content calendars before they are sent out for client approvals
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure they're delivering creatives as per the clients brief
• End to end account management. Manage account reps to ensure they are managing the clients well. Be the single point of escalation for any escalations from clients
• Report directly to the founder with weekly reviews and updates for all clients.
• Proven past experience in copy writing , influencer marketing , brand campaigns and account management.
• Ability to manage a team and get work done.
