Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–5+ Years Qualification: BHMS / MD (Homoeopathy) with valid registration Salary: 3.5LPA- 8LPA, Slight Negotiable Job Summary We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable Homeopathic Consultant to provide quality patient consultations, clinical assessment, individualized homeopathic treatment, and follow-up care while maintaining accurate patient records. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed patient consultations and case-taking. Assess medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and overall health condition. Identify appropriate homeopathic treatment based on clinical assessment. Prescribe homeopathic remedies within the practitioner's legal scope and professional guidelines. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when clinically appropriate. Conduct regular follow-up consultations and maintain patient continuity. Explain treatment plans, expected follow-ups, and lifestyle recommendations clearly to patients. Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and consultation notes. Handle patient queries professionally and empathetically. Identify cases requiring referral or additional medical evaluation. Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient care and clinic operations. Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and patient safety standards. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Homeopathic Materia Medica, Organon, Repertory, and case analysis. Good clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and patient counselling skills. Empathy, patience, and a patient-focused approach. Good documentation and computer skills. Ability to manage both new and follow-up patients. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Eligibility BHMS / MD (Homoeopathy) from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the applicable State/Central Homoeopathy register. Freshers can apply; experienced candidates will be preferred. Preferred Experience Freshers: Good opportunity for junior consultants. 1–5+ years: Prior clinical consultation experience preferred. Experience in chronic cases, patient counselling, and follow-up management is an advantage.
