Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in Aircraft Industries. The candidate should have experience in Project management in the Research & Development (R&D) and Engineering teams during the New Project Development (NPD) lifecycle in Aerospace domain. This role ensures project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of aircraft design and development projects. The role coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, supply chain, manufacturing, finance & regulatory teams and maintains project schedules, tracks risks and actions, prepares management reports, and ensures project documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

● Familiarity with aerospace systems, design processes, and technology readiness levels (TRLs).

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

● Proficiency in project management tools.

● New product development Risk & Issue Management plan skills

● Coordinate procurement & Supply chain

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams.


● Project Management Tool (Jira, G-Suite and ERP software)
