Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Risk Management Professional to lead and strengthen the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organization by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and emerging risks. The role will ensure risk-informed decision-making, drive risk governance practices, and foster a strong risk-aware culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Risk Management Framework
- Plan, design, implement, and continuously improve the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the organization.
- Facilitate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, evaluation, and prioritization processes.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies, methodologies, tools, and governance mechanisms.
- Ensure alignment of risk management practices with organizational objectives and business strategy.
Risk Identification & Assessment
- Identify risk-triggering events and establish mitigation measures to minimize potential impact.
- Analyze strategic, operational, financial, compliance, environmental, and emerging risks.
- Develop and implement risk assessment models, methodologies, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Facilitate periodic risk assessments across businesses and functions.
Risk Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor key risks, mitigation plans, and compliance with defined KPIs/KRIs.
- Maintain and periodically update the enterprise risk register.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity of risk-related data and systems.
- Prepare risk dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management and Board-level reviews.
- Communicate risk exposure and mitigation status to relevant stakeholders.
Risk Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate Risk Champions and Risk Coordinators across business units.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly risk review meetings and track closure of agreed actions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to embed risk management practices into operational processes.
- Recommend practical and effective measures to control, transfer, or mitigate risks.
Capability Building & Awareness
- Conduct awareness sessions and training programs to strengthen risk culture across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to functional teams on risk management practices and methodologies.
- Promote proactive risk identification and management across all levels of the organization.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution or Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Professional Certification in Risk Management is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 15–20 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management within a manufacturing organization.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Enterprise Risk Management frameworks.
- Experience in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating enterprise risks.
- Strong exposure to risk governance, risk reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
